”Luke, I am your father” – having a mentor, being a mentor, finding mentors for developers. [EN]

Learning to write code is not that difficult, the 80/20 rule fully applies: you can get a lot done by getting it almost right, almost good and almost in time. But going over that plateau and progressing in meaningful ways requires not just effort but also guidance. Mentorship. In this talk I will share my experience about the mentors I’ve had, the mentor I’ve been and how the digital age revolutionized the concept of mentorship in a good way.
