Tutti hanno una storia unica su WordPress da raccontare, proponi la tua.
WordCamp Milano 2018 si terrà presso l’Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, sabato 17 novembre 2018.
Da questo momento, fino al 15 settembre 2018, potrai inviare la tua candidatura per proporti come speaker.
Accetteremo diverse tipologie di talk. Prediligeremo quelli formativi, quelli utili per la community, quelli che presentano novità, quelli originali e insoliti, quelli che riterremo abbiamo più appeal per il pubblico che parteciperà all’edizione 2018.

Avrò un compenso come speaker?
Non è previsto alcun rimborso per gli speaker dei WordCamp.
La tua partecipazione è su base volontaria.
Tutti i relatori hanno però diritto all’ingresso gratuito.
Se mi candido, avrò la certezza di parlare?
Riceviamo molte candidature: se la tua non sarà una di quelle prescelte non ti demoralizzare.

WordCamp Milano 2018 will be held at the University of Milano-Bicocca on Saturday, November 17, 2018.
Do you want to share your experience or your skills? Do you have a story to tell to the WordPress community? We are ready to listen to you.
From now on, until September 15th 2018, you can send your application to propose as a speaker.
We are looking for different types of talks. We particularly look for educational talks, talks that can be useful for the community, that present novelties, that are original and unusual. We’ll be selecting them accordingly to their appeal for the public we expect for the 2018 edition of WordCamp Milano.
You can apply by filling out the form below. To send more than one proposal, use the same form over and over.

The talk will have a duration of 30 minutes plus 5 minutes for the questions.
But these are only suggestions get you started: if you have an idea don’t be shy, tell us, and if you think you can use some mentoring, let us know!
Will it be your first time speaking in public?
Come on, we are ready to fall in love with you!
Remember that it’s important to be out there and let the world see you. Also, note that WordCamps can be great springboards for a career as a Public Speaker!

Will I receive compensation as a speaker?
Nope, sorry. Participation is on a voluntary basis. Speakers enjoy a free ticket for the event.
If I apply, will I be sure to speak?
We receive many applications: if yours will not be accepted, don’t be discouraged and keep on trying.
